Position: Part-Time Faculty: EEE 630: Entrepreneurship (Spring 2027)
The Whitman School of Management is seeking a Part-Time Faculty - Entrepreneurship (Spring 2027) EEE 630 - Engineering Entrepreneurship.

The intersection of engineering and entrepreneurship, focusing on the commercialization of new technologies into start up ventures. Types of technologies, technology life cycles, windows of opportunity, the market chasm, and intellectual property as these issues apply to venture creation by those with technical backgrounds.

Qualifications

* Experience in the commercialization of new technologies into start-up ventures.

Job Specific Qualifications

Responsibilities

* Must be available and willing to teach on campus

* Must be avalable during existing course times that meet throughout the spring semester

* Preparation of lectures, projects,and other student assignments, in collaboration with the EEE department

* Maintaining regularly scheduled office hours

* Presenting instruction based on the competencies and performance level of the course

* Meeting all designated class periods

* Submitting completed mid-semester progress reports and final grades according to university regulations and schoo/college-level policies

* Providing departmentaly sanctioned form for completing student evaluations

* Grading student assignments and exams in a timely manner

* Building a positive rapport with students and other faculty members

* Other responsibilities as indicated
