Cleanroom experience is highly desirable, with responsibilities spanning MEP, tool installation, Civil, Structural, and Architectural scopes, as well as equipment, spares, and facilities expense projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform category cost analysis across construction, tool installation, equipment, spares, and facilities projects, including development and maintenance of labor, material, and installation should‑cost models.
  • Benchmark costs across regions and sites, track budget versus actual performance, and conduct market analysis to support consistent, data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Identify, assess, and validate cost and reporting data. Oversee centralized cost repositories and pricing databases. Develop dashboards and summaries that clearly share operational and financial insights with collaborators and leadership.
  • Partner closely with Construction, Procurement, Category Managers, Program Managers, and other functions to support global and regional process improvement initiatives and facilitate strategic discussions, meetings, and action‑item tracking.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Eight or more years of relevant experience in cost management, quantity surveying, construction procurement, or analytics within large capital project environments.
  • Strong experience supporting MEP systems in cleanroom, hospital, pharmaceutical, or high‑tech manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in construction procurement, should‑cost methodology, and large‑scale capital delivery programs.

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI to support advanced analytics, reporting, and automation.
  • Ability to build concise, executive‑level presentations and communicate complex cost insights effectively to senior collaborators.
  • Strong collaborator management, consulting skills, and understanding of balanced procurement and ESG trends, with comfort working in a fast‑paced, global environment and supporting occasional travel.
