Utilize and enhance analysis tools. Conduct testing as defined by Mechanical Engineers.

• Use LabVIEW & Matlab to control a test system and the collection and analysis of data.
• Enhance testing using Lab View and Matlab programming and by implementing new design elements.
• Create software routines used for quality control.
• Enhance image analysis techniques.
• Responsible for other laboratory duties.
• Perform thermal finite element analyses (FEA).

• Enrolled in Mechanical Engineering program.
• Must have completed the following courses:
  • All core Mechanical Engineering courses
  • Experimental Analysis
  • LabVIEW programming
  • Matlab programming
• Desired to have completed the following courses:
  • Heat Transfer
  • Thermodynamics
  • Fluid Mechanics
  • Machine Design
  • Numerical Analysis / Finite Element Analysis
  • Statics
• Good interpersonal and cooperation skills.
• Computer skills needed:
  LabVIEW, Matlab, Programming (C#, Java, SQL, C++, or other), MS Office, 3D CAD (Solidworks or Inventor), FEA (ANSYS, Solidworks, etc).
• Have the ability to work independently.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies vary depending on a wide array of factors; a reasonable estimate of the current range is $47,243 - $74,675. Additional compensation: an annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
