Job Overview

Micron New York Semiconductor Manufacturing LLC is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. This role supports program management on permitting, environmental assessment, construction, output ramp, and sustaining operations.

• Work with program sponsors and leadership to define problems, scope, metrics, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Build detailed project plans, lead projects, and track execution to plan.
• Oversee and lead strategic site-wide programs and initiatives such as technology transfer, tool install and qualification, cost reduction, business planning, capacity planning, quality and yield improvements, productivity improvements, and workforce development.
• Collaborate with fab leadership on target setting and configuration of sub‑programs under the strategic direction of the programs.
• Track performance metrics and publish regular updates summarizing program performance.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and course corrections.
• Develop and manage program reporting solutions (Tableau, Power
  
  BI, SQL) to create dashboards and reports that drive execution monitoring and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Utilize database queries (SQL) to extract, select, join, and process data from multiple sources, and use data visualization platforms to analyze data and enable drill‑down into key sub‑metrics.

Education: Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related occupation.
