Luck Grove Telecom Inc is seeking an experienced Telecom Network Engineer to lead the planning, design, and execution of outside plant (OSP) fiber and telecommunications infrastructure projects in Syracuse, NY. Candidates must have substantial experience in OSP engineering, including both aerial and underground fiber designs, as well as knowledge of ROW permitting processes and project management.
