We are seeking a Sr. Chemical Operations Engineer to lead our chemical operations team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering and experience with process optimization and data analysis. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to operations team members.
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical operations or a related field.
- Strong background in process optimization and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
