Sr. Process Engineer (Ultra-Pure Water)

Completes a wide variety of difficult engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analyses to ultra-pure water systems in a semi-conductor manufacturing environment. The Engineer at this level is a fully qualified professional, proficient in the utilization of most engineering theories and practices. Some assignments involve CAE (computer aided engineering)/CAD (computer aided design) applications.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Engineering support and oversight of design, construction, and commissioning of ultra-pure water systems including:
• Review of design drawings and specifications for completeness and accuracy
• Review of equipment configuration and distribution routing of systems in Navis Works 3D model relative to functionality, egress, ease of maintenance requirements, constructability, alignment with P&'s, etc.
• Validation of engineering calculations
• Review and approval of equipment and component submittals in coordination with O&M staff
• May act in an advisory capacity to senior management personnel on process engineering related matters.
• Review and validation of construction RFI responses
• Review and approval of shop drawings and construction models
• Field engineering QA during construction
• Commissioning support
• Entry of system information into a capacity planning software

• Ability to travel for business or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site location.
