Job Description
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Controls Lead – Site & Support (Multi-Prime / Infrastructure) to join our team! In this role you will act as the dedicated oversight and integration authority for fragmented, multi-prime execution scopes (such as site enabling, underground utilities, administration buildings, and logistics), ensuring that all schedules, costs, and physical progress data are seamlessly consolidated into unified portfolio baselines.
This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
What You’ll Be Doing- Providing project controls leadership for multiple prime contractors delivering site enabling works, underground utilities, buildings, and logistics services
- Managing integration of disparate contractor schedules into an owner-level integrated master schedule, resolving logic conflicts and interface gaps
- Overseeing consolidation of cost and physical progress data from contractors with varying levels of project controls and PMIS maturity
- Leading interface management to identify and resolve spatial clashes, access conflicts, and schedule domino-effects between concurrent work fronts
- Defining and enforcing “fit-for-purpose” project controls requirements tailored to contract type and risk profile (e.g., lump sum vs. time & materials)
- Ensuring consistent work breakdown structures and coding alignments across primes to support portfolio-level reporting and analytics
- Coordinating with field, engineering, logistics, and HSE teams to align execution plans, constraints, and milestones across all site scopes
- Preparing clear, consolidated reporting and dashboards on schedule, cost, and progress performance for leadership and key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls for large capital projects
- Specific experience managing multi-prime contract environments and complex site infrastructure logistics
- Proven ability to manage interfaces between multiple independent contractors, including spatial clash resolution, schedule interactions, and hand-offs
- Demonstrated experience aggregating and normalizing progress, schedule, and cost data from contractors with varying levels of PMIS and project controls maturity
- Ability to develop and apply tailored project control approaches (level-of-effort vs. discrete measurement) based on contract type and risk profile
- Proficiency with enterprise project management and collaboration platforms such as Procore, Aconex, or similar, including schedule and data integration
- Experience working on large industrial, infrastructure, or campus-style developments with complex site logistics
- Familiarity with integrated project controls environments and portfolio-level reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in consolidating and validating multi-source data
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence multiple contractors toward common project controls standards
- Professional certification in project controls, project management, or cost engineering (e.g., CCP, PSP, PMP)
