Salary: $80,000 - $150,000 per year

• Serve as lead HVAC Engineer from concept through construction administration.
• Draft HVAC construction drawings including details, plans, and sections.
• Perform HVAC load and energy calculations and design HVAC systems.
• Select HVAC equipment and develop construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate all HVAC-related documentation and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead design efforts with staff and consultants to meet code, client, and contractual requirements.
• Administer projects in construction phase, review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and resolve field issues.
• Lead design discussions, implement sustainable strategies, and carry concepts through to drawings.
• Research building performance, regulations, and conduct necessary engineering research.
• Communicate effectively with clients, respond to questions, and represent the firm.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Design Certification.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience working for a consulting engineering firm.
• Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead projects, make critical decisions, and work effectively with teams and contractors.
