CAD Analyst

CAD Analyst - JLL

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Analyst to support Engineering, Facilities, and Workplace Projects. The successful candidate will maintain accurate CAD drawings, manage facility documentation, and ensure data integrity within facility management and document management systems.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Create, update, and maintain Facility PIDs, Process Flows, Electrical, HVAC and Architectural Floor Plan drawings using AutoCAD.
• Review field redlines and project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain room numbering, space allocations, and drawing standards.
• Manage drawings within Autodesk Vault, SharePoint, and EDMS platforms.
• Support renovations, reconfigurations, and workplace planning projects.
• Perform test fits and develop layout options as required.
• Manage drawing requests and maintain master drawing files.
• Provide project support and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or a minimum of 5 years of hands- on CAD and facilities of project experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in CAD, Facilities, Engineering, Architecture, or Space Planning.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Autodesk Vault and other Autodesk products.
• Knowledge of EDMS platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience supporting facility, construction, or workplace projects.
• Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or regulated industry experience.
• Familiarity with GxP documentation and change control processes.

Location:

Onsite - East Syracuse, NY

Work Shift:

Monday to Friday 7:15am to 4:00pm

Salary/Comp: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00

Estimated compensation for this position: 65,000.00 – 72,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
