We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our collaborative and family-oriented team. Key Responsibilities- Design, draft, and develop mechanical components using tools such as AutoCAD or equivalent software.
- Utilize 3D printing for prototyping and production processes.
- Develop and implement fixturing solutions to support manufacturing needs.
- Design and oversee the packaging (casing) of industrial components for durability and functionality.
- Collaborate on electrical design and electronics assembly using tools like Altium Designer.
- Ensure compliance with ISO manufacturing standards and contribute to procedure documentation.
- Apply lean manufacturing methodologies to enhance processes and efficiencies.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, maintaining organized project execution.
- Communicate professionally with leadership, cross-functional teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining a flexible, solution-driven approach.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in 3D design, drafting standards, and 3D printing.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Experience in electronics assembly, packaging design, and electrical design.
- Relevant certifications in mechanical design or lean manufacturing are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
