The Nottingham Pet Clinic is seeking a full-time, experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Established in 1985 by Dr. Nancy Free borough, our small‑animal practice is nestled between Syracuse University and Le Moyne College. We proudly serve our community with a mission of genuine care and comfort to our patients. Our receptionists are loved by our clients and staff alike, because they are amazing!

• Checking patients in, discharging patients, invoicing
• Providing exceptional customer service such as greeting clients, answering questions, processing incoming patients, and handling payments
• Answering phone calls which may include scheduling appointments and recording messages for doctors and staff
• Scheduling referrals
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and email
• Updating and filing patient charts
• Retrieving prescriptions
• Assisting with pet supply purchases such as food and supplements
• Maintaining the cleanliness of reception area and waiting room
• Retail sales

• High School Diploma or relevant education and relevant work experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Organizational skills
