Our client, a financial services firm in Syracuse, NY, is currently seeking a Private Wealth Advisor to join their team. The Private Wealth Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships by delivering comprehensive wealth planning and coordinated financial strategies aligned with each client’s goals and values. The wealth planning includes banking, insurance, trusts and wealth management.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing clients
- Uncover client goals and develop tailored financial strategies
- Prospect for new clients
- Leverage referral networks and community involvement to expand the client base
- Represent the organization at networking events
- Develop detailed financial plans using structured processes and planning software
- Assemble and lead cross-functional client strategy teams
- Ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum of five years of experience in wealth management industry
- Experience of five years in business development
- CFP, CPA, or JD certification(s) preferred
