Vice President Finance

Great opportunity with a growing company. The Vice President will oversee all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and strategic finance. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive financial strategy, support data-driven decision-making, and build scalable infrastructure that enables continued growth.

• Acts as a key advisor to executive leadership, driving financial strategy, capital allocation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Oversees budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and financial modeling to support performance management and long‑term planning.
• Ensures accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance (U.S. GAAP), and strong internal controls across all operations.
• Leads cash flow, banking relationships, capital structure, and risk management, including tax and audit oversight.
• Build and develop a high‑performing finance team while enhancing systems, processes, and infrastructure to support scalability and growth.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related (MBA/CPA preferred)
• 10–15+ years finance/accounting experience; 5–7+ in senior leadership
• Industry experience (manufacturing, distribution, logistics) preferred
• Expertise in financial strategy, FP&A, accounting, treasury
• Proficient with ERP systems, financial modeling, and BI tools
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
• Focus on continuous improvement, scalability, and efficiency
