Finance Administrator is an entry‑level role designed for recent college graduates interested in building a career in finance, accounting, or business operations. This position provides hands‑on exposure to financial processes, reporting, and cross‑functional support while working closely with the finance and accounting teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable using technology to support day‑to‑day financial operations.

- Support day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations, including data entry, tracking, and documentation.
- Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic accounts payable and/or accounts receivable activities.
- Help prepare financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets for internal review.
- Maintain accurate financial records, files, and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Support month‑end close activities by assisting with reconciliations and data organization.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect financial information and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, or project tracking as needed.
- Use accounting and reporting systems to input, organize, and retrieve financial data.
- Support process improvement efforts by identifying efficiencies and documenting standard procedures.
- Bachelor's degree (or near completion) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort using tools such as Outlook and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Internship, coursework, or part‑time experience in finance, accounting, or administration.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems (training provided).
