responsible for the processing of fx spot, forward, time options, currency time deposits and all currency option contracts. Ensure timely confirmation and settlement of trades along with preparation of management reports. Client service support of banks online fx trading portal.
responsibilities- confirm and process fx, currency option trades and currency time deposits with complete accuracy.
- confirmation and review of online fx portal trade activity.
- ensure that all trades are confirmed via swift, email or callback as necessary.
- setup and maintain customer data on spectrum including standard settlement instructions.
- monitor confirmation status on unmatched deals.
- attach payment instructions to each trade.
- generate payment jobs for all swift and chips payments in our systems.
- confirm new or changed customer payment instructions via call back.
- interact with traders, other departments, external banks, brokers, and customers.
- maintain daily statistics and logs.
- trace unconfirmed forward deals on a timely basis.
- assist in training co‑workers.
- compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
- investigation of fx breaks and fx payments.
- maintaining gap report.
- at least 3-5 years experience in fx trade and fx option processing.
- full knowledge of swift message confirmation and payment types.
- knowledge of iso
20022 formats a plus. - knowledge of spectrum system a plus.
- knowledge of microsoft word and excel.
- effective oral and written communication skills.
- ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
the expected annual salary for this position is between $90,000 and $105,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer, of course, is determined on an individualized basis, taking into account factors such as an individual’s skills and experience.
