Automotive F&I Manager Compensation: $125,000–$200,000 per year
Location:
Rapp GMC | New York State Rapp GMC is seeking an experienced and motivated F&I Manager to join our dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented finance professional who enjoys working with customers, supporting the sales team, and delivering a professional and compliant vehicle-buying experience.

Responsibilities Guide customers through the financing and vehicle purchase process
Present financing options, protection products, and other available products in a clear and professional manner
Work with lenders and financial institutions to secure appropriate financing
Ensure all finance and insurance paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner
Maintain compliance with applicable federal and New York State laws and regulations
Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to finance
Maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership personnel
Meet dealership standards for customer service, accuracy, compliance, and performance
Qualifications
Previous F&I Manager or automotive finance experience preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive financing and F&I products
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
Valid driver's license
