Location: City of Syracuse
Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing services to children birth-5 years old. We are seeking a full or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide Early Intervention services in our Developmental Toddler Group located in
E. Syracuse, NY. CFs are welcome to apply.
- Provide skilled Speech-Language therapy services 1:1 with developmentally delayed children in our center-based toddler group.
- Contribute to the development and follow through of Individualized Family Service Plans, including developing and working towards appropriate developmental goals.
- Establish and maintain parent communication and education to support carryover across settings.
- Collaborate with other service providers to support IFSP goals and objectives.
- Complete session notes and progress reports as required.
- Collaborate with center-based Toddler Group team to plan speech and oral motor activities.
- Modify and implement activities within the Toddler Group setting to facilitate speech-language development.
- Maintain the highest clinical and ethical standards in service provision.
- Doctoral, M.A., or M.S. degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- NYS License in Speech-Language Pathology (or CF eligible)
- Must demonstrate excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload
