Housekeeper

We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team of professionals!

Full Time (7:00am - 3:00pm) with alternating weekends

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour – based on experience

• Compassionate PTO Donation Program Housekeeper Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
  • Clean public areas and residents’ apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas
  • Sweep and vacuum all assigned areas
  • Perform all housekeeping duties, following a cleaning schedule and instructions as directed by supervisor
  • Clean and/or polish all room furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/air conditioning units in resident rooms and all public areas
  Education & Experience
  • One year experience in a similar environment such as a senior living community, nursing home or any healthcare field preferred
  • Able to operate cleaning equipment including iron, washer & dryer, brooms, mops, and vacuums and have an understanding on cleaning chemicals and products required
  • Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job required
