TAM

Collector Position Summary

The Internal TAM Collector is primarily responsible for collecting, inputting, and tracking data for the Therapist Adherence Measures (9

TAMs) that are a component of the Quality Assurance processes in the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) treatment model.

TAM Collector Duties and Responsibilities
  • Connect with caregivers by phone, as required, to collect TAM surveys as stated in MSTi TAM Schedule Reports.
  • Input outcomes of TAMs into MSTi.
  • Collaborate with MST system staff to increase rates of TAM collection and ensure all forms of TAM collection are inputted within MSTi.
TAM Collector Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred. Experience in a mental health or human services position and/or in provision of MST preferred.

Skills and Abilities

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage families quickly in a call. Ability to communicate with families in a way that is culturally responsive and trauma informed. Openness to ongoing evaluation, feedback and supervision of work. Ability to work independently and with flexibility in days and hours of work.

Starting Rate: $30.00 per hour + $50.00 per month phone stipend
