Provide
individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth. - 🔹
Conduct
intake assessments and determine the best level of care. - 🔹
Develop
personalized treatment plans that create real change. - 🔹
Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and outside agencies. - 🔹 Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
- 🔹 Participate in case management and team meetings as needed.
- 🔹 Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support as necessary.

Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC) in New York - ✔ An experienced, compassionate, and driven clinician looking for work-life balance
- ✔ Comfortable managing your own schedule and caseload
- ✔ Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
- ✔ Skilled in time management and documentation
- ✔
Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus!
