Will complete treatments per initial evaluation completed by a physical therapist; monitor response to treatment and modify treatment appropriately and complete appropriate documentation. Other responsibilities include: providing in-service education and community education within the scope of knowledge base, clinically supervise PTA SL1, PTA students, rehab therapy USTs, and volunteers.
Minimum Qualifications:Associates degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant, NYS License or eligible and two years eligible clinical experience required.
Candidates who possess an Associates degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant, NYS licensure or Limited Permit or eligible and less than 2 years experience will be considered for appointment to an entry level (SL1) position at commensurate salary.
CPR certification required by time of appointment.
Work Days:Saturday & Sunday
