Clean and maintain all items and surfaces in designated areas to hotel standards of cleanliness;
Respond to guest inquiries accurately and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction;
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas;
Stock cleaning carts with designated supplies and equipment and ensure security of keys, radio, and beeper;
Inspect and report damages to supervisor; transport trash and debris to proper storage areas; maintain cleanliness of closets and public spaces
