Job Title: RPA Analyst

Location: Syracuse, New York (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional focused on designing, developing, and testing Robotic Process Automation solutions to deliver innovative efficiencies and expand process capabilities across the organization. Our team is looking for an analytical individual who can support technical initiatives and drive improvements in business accuracy and operational performance.

• Provide analysis and support to the Robotic Process Automation team, assisting with the design, development, and testing of automated solutions.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand, map, and shape business processes for automation, developing as-is and to-be process flows.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy new or enhanced Robotic Process Automations using Power Automate, ensuring efficiency and maintainability.
• Create documentation and conduct comprehensive testing, including integration and user acceptance, while communicating project risks and issues as needed.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required.
• Previous experience with Robotic Process Automation, specifically Power Automate, is essential.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills, with proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Access, with the ability to manage, schedule, and complete multiple applications and tasks.
