- Provide level 1 & 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems and escalate when necessary.
- Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
- Conduct venue walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational before and during all events.
- Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events.
- Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors and breakage.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and practices.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; proven ability to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks efficiently and timely.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to environment changes immediately.
- Highly effective oral presentation and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including operating systems and office suites.
- Ability to walk long distances and be on feet.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Pay rate: $17.00 per hour.
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
