• As a BSA, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, designing, and implementing data driven solutions, and supporting data-related initiatives across the organization.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data engineering and a solid understanding of business processes.
• Should be Finance background or prior experience working for Finance data warehousing project.
• Experience in carrying out business requirement gathering and solution design.
• Expert knowledge in Data Analysis & SQL query language
• Working experience with any reporting tool.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to drive business decisions.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to support business initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, data marts, and data lakes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and accessible.

• Should be Finance background and with working experience in SAP and prior experience working for Finance data warehousing project.
• Experience in carrying out business requirement gathering and solution design.
• Expert knowledge in Data Analysis & SQL query language
• Working experience with any reporting tool. Good Excel Skills.
• Excellent communication and soft skills.
• In business we have different PODs such as AR, AP, SGA, PMA, Direct, EPM, Group Reporting and Product Costing. The BSAs need to hit the ground running and are expected to Coordinate between the Business, POD Owners, the Technical Team, and the Reporting team.
• All the projects and tasks are Agile oriented, and we use Jira tool for monitoring.

There will not be an intake session call for this
