* Embedding workforce-relevant technical applications into all course content to support student career readiness and industry credential attainment.

* Maintaining accurate academic records, monitoring student progress, and providing tutoring and supplemental instruction to support retention and completion.

Specialty Occupation Program Design AI & Workforce Technology

This role requires the application of advanced knowledge in AI, machine learning, and workforce technology trends to develop and sustain SEOC's technology-focused academic programming:

* Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of AI and technology-centered academic and workforce development programs, applying knowledge of machine learning methodologies, industry certification frameworks, and regional labor market data.

* Research and evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and industry standards to ensure curriculum remains current and aligned with employer expectations in high-demand sectors.

* Develop Individual Program Plans (IPPs) for technology courses in compliance with UCAWD standards, incorporating measurable learning outcomes tied to specific technical competencies.

* Build and sustain employer partnerships, pursue grant funding, and develop workforce training contracts to expand technology programming capacity.

* Align all program offerings with New York State workforce investment priorities and regional employer demand in technology, data science, and digital media.

Software Development & Digital Platform Administration
