Overall ResponsibilityThe Aftermarket Product Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to the customers through tasks to meet and exceed customer expectations (internal and external) in a manner that is consistent with the Fulton HEART values and operating philosophy. This includes communication with customers and internal teams to determine which level of support is needed relevant, to parts, technical support, field service or training.
