Location: City of Syracuse
BravoTECH in Syracuse, NY is looking for an IT Service Desk II professional to provide essential support across multiple healthcare sites. Candidates should have 5–7 years of IT support experience, expertise in Windows 10 and Microsoft/Azure product support, along with a team-oriented communication style.
This role includes providing Level II service desk support, participating in rotating onsite schedules, and occasional travel to remote locations. Preferred candidates will have a background in healthcare IT and certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCP.
