Job Summary:

This position is based in Syracuse, NY.

• Responsible for supporting end-users of Telecommunications' services and systems.
• Receive, prioritize and complete work order requests, answer support questions from end-users, and support PBX, voice mail, ACD and associated systems and applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's degree and three years of related experience in the Telecommunications industry or equivalent combination of education and experience, excellent written and oral communications skills required.
• Must have a strong background and knowledge of telecommunications systems, including telephone systems, voicemail applications, and contact center applications.
• Working knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office applications.
