Reporting to Sr. Manager, Cyber Risk & Governance, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and managing runtime container security strategies, including monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management for Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Implementing and optimizing security tools for runtime container protection, such as image scanning, network micro‑segmentation, and anomaly detection solutions.
• Collaborating with engineering and Dev Ops teams to build secure container architectures and enforce security best practices in CI/CD pipelines.
• Investigating and resolving container‑related security incidents, providing root‑cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on container security and 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes security concepts, including pod security policies, RBAC (Role‑Based Access Control), and network policies.
• Proficiency in container image scanning tools (e.g., Wiz, Trivy, Aqua Security, Crowdstrike Cloud Security, Prisma Cloud) and runtime protection solutions.
• Strong knowledge of container orchestration systems and securing CI/CD pipelines for containerized applications.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including Dev Ops and SRE.

• Certifications such as CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or CKSS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist).
• Experience automating container security tasks using infrastructure‑as‑code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm, or Ansible).
