Data Base Manager

Overview

Job Summary The Data Base Manager will be responsible for building and programing databases for research studies. Additional duties include: translating study protocols and data collection requirements into database forms/structures, developing data dictionaries, and customizing databases to support statistical analyses with standard statistical packages including R and SAS. The role communicates proactively and respectfully with multisite research teams to align database workflows, address site specific concerns, and promote a shared culture of data quality and accountability.

This position requires high attention to detail and accuracy, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with multiple users and manage multi-site data workflows.

Minimum Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, Public Health or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of related work experience.

Work Days M-F 9AM-5 PM

Salary Range $50,000-$80,000
