We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented IT
Business Analyst to serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and technology teams. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives, optimize business processes, and ensure solutions align with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills, business acumen, financial knowledge, and technical expertise with strong communication skills and extensive experience gathering requirements in a Agile environment. Business Analysts applying for this role need to have experience supporting end users and their business processes in Dynamics 365 F&O General Ledger / AP / ExFlow AP or Certinia Quote to Order / Project Scope to Closure / Forecasting & Rev Rec / Personas.
Requirements:
This is a remote role (situated within the Continental US) with associated travel of 5%.
Responsibilities Include:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Partner with Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed changes.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements gathering sessions.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, tracking defects, and ensuring issues are resolved.
