Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate excess insurance applications to determine coverage acceptance or decline based on underwriting guidelines Document underwriting files and ensure compliance with industry and government regulations Collaborate with the underwriting team and process accounts from approved quotes to policy issuance
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum 3 years of excess underwriting or related insurance experience required CPCU, CIC, CRIS, or Property & Casualty Brokers License is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software quickly Strong desire to learn and adapt to changing priorities
