Key Responsibilities Supervise a small Workers Compensation team and manage individual case loads Participate in hiring and training adjusters to foster a culture of performance Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers while managing multiple competing priorities
Required Qualifications High School Diploma Minimum of 10 years of hands-on workers compensation claims adjusting experience Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled Knowledge of all team member related functions Bachelor's Degree is desired but not required
