Key Responsibilities Write and manage profitable assumed treaty reinsurance focused on crop and agricultural lines Expand the crop portfolio, monitor market trends, and maintain profitability Research and identify new clients, develop marketing plans, and manage end-to-end underwriting processes
Required Qualifications , Training, and Education Prior experience in crop insurance and reinsurance underwriting Strong technical knowledge of crop insurance and treaty reinsurance principles Experience using crop modeling software for underwriting and pricing decisions Completion of CPCU and ARe certification or MBA, or equivalent is required Familiarity with international crop programs and financial pricing models
