Texas Licensed Personal Lines Underwriter

A company is looking for an Underwriter I - Personal Lines.

Key Responsibilities Analyze the acceptability of low complexity business and perform risk analysis using technology and external data sources Maintain accurate records of decisions and ensure adherence to policies and underwriting guidelines Communicate decisions and respond to requests promptly while building positive relationships with internal and external parties

Required Qualifications 2+ years of Underwriting experience required Willingness to enroll in or actively pursuing a Property and Casualty Industry Designation Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong decision-making skills with the ability to provide justification Demonstrated planning and organizing skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks
