Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter resource for fraud investigations and provide desktop investigative assistance on claims with red flags Integrate advanced AI tools and techniques into claims processes to enhance fraud detection efforts Analyze large datasets to uncover fraud patterns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine fraud detection frameworks
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's Degree preferred 3+ years of Special Investigation Unit (SIU) and/or Major Case investigation experience in auto insurance required 2+ years of professional business analytics experience required Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one U.S. State within 30 days of start date 3+ years of medical fraud investigation experience strongly preferred
