Responsible for picking up, transporting, and delivering samples and related items, and completing appropriate forms and documentation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Picks up, transports, and delivers samples, documents, materials, and other items as needed.

Reviews, completes, and processes documents, databases, and related materials and information for sample pick up, transport, and delivery.

Prepares vehicle or truck for daily operations, including documents, safety, and related areas.

Provides basic support in the application and assistance to staff and management regarding the transport of samples.

Researches issues and develops recommendations to resolve employee, management, and customer issues.

Assists with ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; receives guidance and escalates when required.

Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's service by offering suggestions and participating as an active team member.

Promotes and supports the mission of Pace Analytical by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with customers and staff, fostering a harmonious workplace environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; experience in related work is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Required Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

Continued employment depends on maintaining all required licenses and certificates in active status without suspension or revocation.

Valid Driver's License.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Sample pick-up, transport, and delivery principles, practices, and techniques.
Understanding of daily sample delivery administration.
Customer service principles and practices.
Safe driving principles and practices.
Ability to learn organizational policies and procedures.
Computer applications and systems related to the work.
Effective communication with staff, coworkers, and customers.
Proficiency in business English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
