The Senior Manager of Aftermarket Collaborative Forecasting will be responsible for transforming North America HVAC aftermarket demand forecasting. You will work closely with Carrier senior management and customers to align demand planning initiatives with overall business strategies and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate monthly collaborative sessions and engage with strategic customers
- Align Carriers' and customers' demand projections and stocking strategies
- Integrate data inputs from customers to elevate accuracy in the monthly consensus forecast
- Enhance advanced statistical models
- Utilize install base analytics from Carrier equipment to proactively identify shifts in customer requirements for service parts and accessories
- Liaison with our planning software vendor to modify processes and configure demand planning tools
- Support monthly demand SIOP cadence with analysis and data insights
You will partner with internal and external stakeholders across functional teams to capture inputs to the consensus demand plan to ensure adjustments and improvements to forecasting methodologies are implemented.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience working with cross functional teams (internal and external)
- 3+ years of experience forecasting SKU demand with planning tool
- 3+ years of experience in strong data analysis capabilities with Microsoft Excel and database software such as SQL
- 3+ years Experience improving demand forecasting processes
- Master’s degree in business or data-oriented discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of S&OE and/or S&OP with implementation experience
- Experience upgrading demand and planning applications
- 5+ years of experience in collaborative planning
- Experience in aftermarket demand planning
- Project management skills
The annual salary for this position is between $ - $ annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other CompensationThis position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
