  • Coordinate intercompany planning for materials sourced from global INFICON sites.
  • Own the monthly SIOP cycle, ensuring rigorous demand, supply, inventory, and financial alignment.
  • Prepare and present executive SIOP updates, communicating risks, variances, and recommended actions.
  • Advance SIOP maturity toward a proactive, forward‑looking 12–18 month planning horizon.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment to a consensus demand and supply plan.
Demand Planning & Forecasting

Capacity Planning & Constraint Management
  • Lead monthly RCCP analysis to identify capacity risks and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Develop scenario modeling capabilities to evaluate supply impacts of demand changes.
  • Align finite scheduling decisions with material availability and operational constraints.
Inventory Strategy & Working Capital
  • Define inventory policies, safety stock targets, and buffer strategies for critical parts.
  • Lead inventory optimization initiatives, including excess reduction, obsolescence mitigation, and right‑sizing.
  • Report inventory performance metrics and identify required corrective actions.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing planning organization, including SIOP, production planners, and planning managers.
  • Set clear expectations, conduct structured reviews, and create development plans for team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and analytical rigor.

  • Strong knowledge of SIOP/S&OP processes and experience presenting at executive level.
  • Proficiency in statistical forecasting, demand planning methodologies, and forecast accuracy metrics.
