Food Safety Supervisor - Credit Union Amphitheater

Role Objective

Ensure that all aspects of food operation service are being executed safely and in accordance with the HACCP plan. Be a representative of Legends and facilitate County Health Department visits during events.

• Before Concert:
  Inspect all food stands prior to shows to identify and resolve any potential health violations.
• Ensure temperature logs are posted on refrigeration and hot holding stations; all necessary logs for production are available for cooks.
• Provide thermometers, small wares, gloves, etc. in locations for cook staff.
• Ensure hand towel dispensers and soap dispensers are stocked.
• Check hand washing stations to make sure hot water is working.
• During Concert:
  County Health Officials will be on site every event to review the operation and conduct a walkthrough.
• Accompany the officials during their visit and rectify any acknowledged violations.
• After the visit: continue to walk the venue to identify and rectify potential violations.

• Experience in Food & Beverage industry.
• Experience with Health Department.
• Good communication skills.
• Proven management/supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Serv Safe certified.

• Must be able to stand and maintain fast‑paced mobility for the entire shift.
• Must be able to frequently lift and carry food and other items weighing up to 45 pounds and occasionally greater.
• Must be able to work in warm to cold climates (workstation to coolers).
• Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.

$21.00 per hour.

• Follow and encourage your team to follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Look for and report any unsafe work conditions.
• Complete company‑wide safety training and any additional job‑specific safety training.
• Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) into the company’s risk management system (Origami Risk) on the same day they are reported.
