Overview
Trillium has an immediate opening for an Operations Manager in Syracuse, NY. This is an on-site direct-hire opportunity.
Responsibilities- Oversee all service operations and inside sales activities.
- Bridge the gap between sales and service departments at the branch to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact with the company's corporate headquarters.
- Prior experience in operations management.
- ERP experience (SAP is preferred).
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Google Suite of products.
- Comfortable with limited out-of-state travel for training or meetings at the headquarters office (approximately 2 times per year for 3-4 nights).
- Salary range: $65,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Annual bonus potential.
- Full benefits package including insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and profit sharing.
