Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of Care Navigation agents, ensuring engagement and adherence to service standards Oversee daily workflows and monitor team performance, addressing capacity or performance concerns as needed Act as a primary contact for staff, facilitating communication and addressing escalations or concerns effectively
Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a call center, with at least 1.5 years in a supervisory role Proven skills in coaching and mentoring team members to meet performance standards Experience in monitoring team performance and identifying operational inefficiencies Ability to handle escalations and troubleshoot service issues professionally Comfortable supporting process improvements and providing feedback to leadership
