As a Dairy Success Manager
, you play a central role in driving adoption and long-term success across your region. You work directly with producers and dealer personnel in the field to ensure the Cow Manager system delivers measurable improvements in herd performance.
Your mission goes beyond support. You enable producers to fully utilize the platform, strengthen dealer capability, and help translate data into real operational and financial impact.
With Cow Manager continuing to grow in the U.S. dairy market, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine dairy expertise, technology and commercial awareness in a fast-moving environment.
The RoleAs Dairy Success Manager, you act as the key link between Cow Manager, dairy producers and our U.S. dealer network within your assigned region.
Your responsibilities include:- Serving as a trusted advisor to dairy producers and dealer personnel, helping optimize the daily use of Cow Manager
- Facilitate dealer success and enthusiasm by leading by example and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Driving strong onboarding and system adoption to ensure long-term customer success and retention
- Providing technical support via phone, email and on-farm visits
- Proactively monitoring Cow Manager systems, identifying performance issues, data inconsistencies or hardware concerns and coordinating with internal teams
- Supporting hardware installations and integrations with herd management, parlor and dairy software systems
- Delivering structured training and follow-up sessions for both producers and dealer staff
- Identifying opportunities to increase engagement, module utilization and overall value realization
- Working closely with U.S. sales teams and international Cow Manager colleagues to ensure consistent customer experience and support regional growth
- Representing Cow Manager at dairy events, trade shows and industry meetings when needed
Travel within your assigned region is expected.

You bring dairy expertise combined with a strong technical and practical mindset.
- Strong background in U.S. dairy farming, including knowledge of herd health, fertility, transition cows and nutrition
- Hands‑on experience working with dairy cattle is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working with software platforms, data, hardware and basic networking
- Able to connect technical solutions to real farm performance outcomes
- Customer‑focused with strong communication and coaching skills
- Self‑driven and able to manage your own schedule within your assigned region
- Willing to travel as required
- Passion for technology and innovation in dairy production
