We are currently seeking a Wash Bay Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Wash Bay department and ensure company equipment is maintained, clean, compliant, and ready for service.
Position OverviewThe Wash Bay Supervisor is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for overseeing wash bay operations and supervising a team of four employees. This individual will work closely with multiple department managers to coordinate the scheduling and servicing of company equipment assets.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and work alongside a team of 4 wash bay employees
- Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA‑compliant wash bay facility
- Operate and move CDL trucks and equipment as needed
- Coordinate equipment scheduling with department managers across operations, fleet, maintenance, fabrication, and the transfer station
- Oversee employee performance, including training, disciplinary actions, hiring, and terminations
- Ensure all company equipment assets are properly cleaned, maintained, and ready for operation
- Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience
- Clean driver’s license required
- Ability to move and operate CDL trucks and heavy equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
- Knowledge of OSHA standards preferred
- Salary range: $45,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)
