Medical Clinic Manager
We are seeking a detailed-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee operations of our growing Comprehensive Pain Clinic. This position will manage daily clinic operations, oversee staff, patient services, and scheduling with providers to deliver exceptional patient care and a positive patient experience.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing day-to-day medical office operations.
- Coordinating and maintaining schedules for the providers, as well as general staff.
- Overseeing front-end administrative functions.
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise administrative and operational staff.
- Assisting with Human Resources tasks and maintaining organizational compliance policies.
- Collaborate with leadership and providers to improve systems, processes, and patient service delivery.
Associates Degree, LPN, or pertinent college level courses and 3 years related experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job TypeFull Time. Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

PayG5: $24.50 - $37.95. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations.
