• Minimum 10 years of commercial project management experience
• At least 5 years managing healthcare construction projects valued at $5M+
• Experience communicating with C-suite stakeholders
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven success managing projects in Procore and/or Autodesk
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks

You will play a key role in overseeing projects from start to finish, including:

• Developing and managing project plans using Microsoft Project
• Delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation
• Managing change orders and project financials
• Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Providing timely updates and escalation to leadership
• Leading meetings with clients and internal teams
• Driving problem-solving and decision-making while maintaining a positive client experience
• Communicating clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization
