Regional Office Manager - Full-Time

Seeking an experienced Regional Office Manager to oversee operations across multiple dental offices in the Syracuse/Binghamton region.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Office Managers and staff
• Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
• Monitor performance metrics, implement strategies to meet operational and financial goals
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of office leadership
• Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experiences and office efficiency
• Analyze performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans
• Assist with budgeting, revenue cycle, insurance processes, collections, and financial reporting
• Address patient concerns and resolve service issues professionally
• Conduct office visits, performance reviews, and leadership meetings
• Support growth initiatives, special projects, and regional objectives
