Shift Supervisor
This opportunity is available at our program located on Pinegrove Street in Jamaica. The salary for this position:
Minimum Salary: $23.00/hr, Maximum Salary: $23.00/hr.
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that people supported have the support and resources necessary to live meaningful lives, and that they align with their needs and aspirations within their respective program and communities. He/she/they will monitor and ensure active adherence to the all plans for each person supported with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The Shift Supervisor will ensure proper supports are in place and necessary resources are made available to Direct Support Professionals to ensure proper adherence to person supported scheduled of activities.
The Shift Supervisor serves as a role model to staff and people supported and will help to develop best practices to support both the person supported and Direct Support Professional. This opportunity is available at our program located on Pinegrove Street in Queens, NY.

Job Requirements:
• HS Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred
• One year's experience providing direct services to developmentally disabled persons preferred

Certifications:
AMAP, SCIP-R, CPR & First Aid
